Visual Laser Marking System
The independently developed visual laser marking system deeply integrates laser marking, motion control, and automatic loading and unloading technologies, enabling unmanned automatic marking processing. The software system supports customized assembly lines and various modes including flying marking, pseudo-coaxial mode, and off-axis mode.
Through visual automatic recognition and positioning, it achieves dynamic marking on assembly lines. This solves manual positioning difficulties and improves processing efficiency while allowing for statistical tracking and interface with MES systems.
