The system core is managed by the laser control card, which issues motion commands, laser power control, and gas control signals to subordinate drives and I/O modules. Integrated with the ZY6B4S05Q-5555 four-in-one drive, six-in-one servo drive, single-axis servo drives, and multiple motors, the system achieves multi-axis synchronization, high-speed response, and high-precision positioning.

This architecture significantly simplifies cabinet wiring, reduces space requirements, and boasts excellent real-time performance, scalability, and diagnostic capabilities.
