Driven by 16A wide chains and positioned via taper pins for extreme accuracy. The exchange process is fully visualized on a PLC touch screen. The front-placed motor design ensures safe loading and unloading while protecting the casing.
The bed features 500Mpa tensile strength and undergoes annealing and vibration aging to eliminate internal stress. Reinforced loading points enable stable cutting of thick metal sheets over long durations.
Customizable options include: Top cover with blower fans, pneumatic safety doors, safety light curtains, laser-proof glass, advanced nesting software, and high-definition supervising cameras.
