Our countertops use PVC resin plates featuring high hardness, zero deformation, and water/oil-proof properties. Unlike foam or density boards that warp under humidity, our PVC boards are processed via precision centers to ensure a super smooth surface. This allows for cutting glass as thin as 2mm without cracking.
The entire frame undergoes annealing heat treatment after welding to release internal stress, preventing long-term deformation. We utilize processed steel beams rather than unstable aluminum. Our design features flat-mounted linear guides on both sides for even force distribution, ensuring stability, low noise, and accuracy ≤0.2mm.
