This equipment integrates glass loading, air flotation breaking, straight line cutting, and special-shaped cutting. It occupies a small footprint and is designed for simple, safe operation. Managed via remote control for free movement within the workshop, it utilizes advanced mechanical structures and optimization software to maximize stability and cutting quality.

Functions & Features

Cutting Technology & Automatic Oil Supply
Professional control system for straight and special-shaped glass. Electromechanical precision pressure valves ensure the cutting head fits the glass surface perfectly, avoiding issues from glass quality. Oil is automatically filled via pneumatic control.

Optimization Software & Libraries
Compatible with standard G-code and international optimization formats. The system is designed to reduce waste and improve glass utilization rates. Includes a library of special-shaped patterns for diverse cutting needs.

Automatic Edge Positioning & Scanning
Accurately detects the position and deflection angle of glass, automatically adjusting the path. Intelligent scanning can profile special-shaped templates from various materials to generate graphics automatically.

Telescopic Boom & Automatic Loading
Equipped with 3 arms and NBR suction cups. The telescopic structure replaces moving the entire machine, improving safety and doubling loading efficiency while preventing double-sheet suction hazards.

Machine Walking & Locking
Remote control allows for arbitrary turning and walking in the workshop. Foot cylinders lock the machine in place during cutting to ensure stability and precision.

High Performance LOW-E Film Removal
Removes the low-e layer with 20mm or 25mm wheels. Features automatic dust removal, automatic pressure compensation, and the ability to process rectangular or special shapes without manual depth adjustment.
