FAQ
Q1. What services do you provide?
We provide Reverse Engineering, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, Stencil fabrication, Components Sourcing, and Function Testing.
Q2. What is needed for a PCB and PCBA quotation?
For PCB: Quantity, Gerber file, and specifications (material, finish, copper weight, thickness). For PCBA: PCB working file, BOM, and Testing documents.
Q3. Do you keep files confidential?
Yes, we can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to ensure your files are only used for fabrication.
Q4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We support everything from initial samples to mass production.
Q5. How do you guarantee product quality?
All PCBs pass AOI and Electronic testing. For PCBA, we utilize AOI and X-Ray quality control. All products meet IPC-II standards.
Q6. What file formats do you accept for production?
We accept Gerber files, CAM350, Protel, and ODB+(.TGZ).
