We operate 10 fully automatic SMT production lines, 1 DIP wave soldering line, and multiple post-welding assembly lines, supporting over 4,000 customers globally.
❓ FAQ
What services can you provide?
We offer Reverse-Engineer, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, Stencil fabrication, Components Sourcing, and Function Testing.
What is needed for a PCB and PCBA quotation?
For PCB: Quantity, Gerber file, and specifications (material, finish, copper weight, thickness). For PCBA: PCB working file, BOM, and Testing documents.
Will you keep my files confidential?
Yes, we can sign an NDA to ensure your files are only used for your specific fabrication project.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 PCS. We support everything from initial samples to full mass production.
How do you guarantee product quality?
All PCBs pass AOI and Electronic testing. For PCBA, we use AOI and X-Ray quality control. All products meet IPC-II standards.
What file formats do you accept for production?
We accept Gerber files, CAM350, Protel, and ODB+(.TGZ) formats.
